Promote Protect and Prioritise Workplace Mental Health

27 May @ 9:30 am - 3:00 pm

Free

A rare opportunity to join us on a fully subsidised program that re-focuses health & wellbeing for you and your workplace.

Support for business health & wellbeing has declined in contrast to the post-COVID demand for more access to better assistance. With funding assistance from the Victorian Government, we’ve fully subsided (yes, it’s free!) a program that will enhance your supportive leadership, prioritise workplace wellbeing, and boost workplace resilience.

We have only 20 places available gaining access to a packed program of insight, tools, tips, and practical information you can take back and immediately apply to your business.

Brought to you by Kate Meadows and Kylie Paatsch, this one day workshop will delve into crucial discussions and practical strategies to foster a mentally healthy work environment that raises awareness and education for all businesses on identifying and implementing strategies to support mental health challenges.

Date: Monday 27 May
Time: 9.30am-3pm
Venue: Novotel Geelong

This workshop is all about achieving three vital goals:

  1. Understanding the Best Practice Language of Mental Health Conversations: Gain valuable insights into effective communication strategies surrounding mental health in the workplace. Learn how to navigate these conversations with empathy, respect, and clarity, fostering a supportive culture where everyone feels heard and understood.
  2. Identifying Workplace Hazards: Discover how to recognize and address potential mental health hazards in the workplace. From workload pressures to organizational stressors, we’ll explore common triggers and provide practical solutions to mitigate risks and promote employee well-being.
  3. Developing a Self-Care Plan: Prioritize your own mental health with personalized self-care strategies. Learn how to create a comprehensive self-care plan tailored to your unique needs, enabling you to maintain balance, resilience, and overall well-being amidst life’s challenges.

Don’t miss out on this invaluable opportunity to enhance mental health awareness, foster a supportive workplace culture, and empower yourself with practical tools for self-care.

Guest Presenter:

Allyson Brown – Everheal

Allyson is the Director at Everheal and creator of the 4-Step LIFE Formula Program – a program specifically designed to fast track your results to eliminate debilitating symptoms of chronic fatigue and brain fog.

In 2005, Allyson was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) during her second year of her PhD as an analytical researcher. She experienced several severe relapses in the first three years after diagnosis and was told that she may be in a wheelchair before her 30th birthday if they couldn’t work out how to settle down the relapses.

In 2018, she hit rock bottom with her health and was crippled by chronic fatigue, depression, anxiety and brain fog that were so severe, that she had to resign from her job as an analyst due to declining health.

Now she is sharing her research findings with others who can benefit from the simple diet and lifestyle changes she discovered, so they too can boost their energy again and take back control of their health!
