7 Levers Workshop with Pete Williams

In a three-hour session, we will delve deep on your business and the 7 Levers Framework.

Taking the foundation shared at the April After 5 event, you will dive deeper into the model, and spend time actually workshopping the framework and your business.

You will spend time mapping each of the 7 Levers to your current business, identifying “growth gaps” and begin the process of crafting a series of 10% Wins to set you up on the path to fast profit growth.

You’ll leave with a one-page strategic plan; a completed 7 Levers Canvas that will give you actions that are coordinated and concentrated, focusing your efforts on what really drives revenue and profits.
