Masterclass: Second Session – Leading high performing teams

Due to the first session selling out quickly, Jodie Dunn, Director and Principal HR consultant from Envisage HR Solutions, is back to run another Masterclass: Leading high performing teams and retention strategies

In this Masterclass, Jodie will focus on the strategies around influencing and encouraging a culture that aligns with the Company values and behaviours and developing into a high-performance team and the strategies around this – Teamwork and effective communication. How the Leader can communicate more effectively with their teams and build a trusting relationship with them.

Jodie will also cover attraction and retention strategies and building high performing teams.

Some of the key strategies we will focus on in this program are:
