Spence Construction is a locally owned business employing approximately 35 full time staff. We specialise in commercial construction, architectural residentual construction and all other types of building and project management. Spence Construction also has its own in house joinery specialising in all types of commercial and residential joinery and cabinetry. Spence Construction is a multiple Master Builder of the year winner at both Domestic and Commercial levels.
