Ignite – Planning and Delivery Implementation

This course introduces key project management principles with a focus on implementation and delivery. You’ll learn how to design project roadmaps, communicate effectively, manage risks, and lead with self-awareness—ensuring smoother execution and better outcomes across any industry.

This course comprises of 5 modules of learning, followed by the completion of a 5 week goal and final assessment.

• Module 1 – Introduction to Project Management focussing on planning and delivery
• Module 2 – Planning – end to end skills required to effectively initiate a project, scope deliverables, identify risks and understand stakeholder requirements
• Module 3 – Delivery – move from planning stage to delivery, covering how to manage time, quality, costs and resources
• Module 4 – Explore challenges to effectively plan and deliver on projects
• Module 5 – Revisit key signposts and bring to life some of the activities

This course is for individuals at any level within organisations will benefit from undertaking the Ignite series of short courses which will provide knowledge and tools to build a strong foundation for growing personal effectiveness and capability to lead oneself.
