This course comprises of five modules of learning, followed by the completion of a 5 week goal and final assessment.

• Module 1 – Understanding influence and impact, and its importance in various contexts. How to build your brand, be persuasive, communicate impactfully and exert your influence.
• Module 2 – Influence and impact skills and how you can increase your impact by building trust, nurturing meaningful connections, leveraging relationships and collaborating with stakeholders.
• Module 3 – Influencing change by effectively dealing with difficult questions and overcoming barriers to success, how to turn challenges into opportunities, and use negotiation skills to drive positive outcomes.
• Module 4 – Implementing influence strategies using real-world scenarios. How to pitch your ideas, use digital persuasion and social media to influence your audience, and create impactful presentations.
• Module 5 – Planning for influence and impact involves applying your new skills and knowledge to develop your personalised impact plan to outline your goals, strengths, areas for improvement and action steps to enhance your impact and influence.

This course is suited to emerging leaders and mid-level managers/functional leaders who practice self-leadership can go straight into the Evolve series of courses or can choose to start with an Ignite course that will provide the base to move into the corresponding next level Evolve course. For instance, Personal Accountability (Ignite series) lays the foundation to progress to Accountability as a Leader (Evolve series).

The Evolve series of courses will help you leverage your strengths to move into critically evaluating the environment you are in and develop strategies to create optimum conditions for strong team performance to not only exist but thrive. You will learn to truly empower others and build individual and team accountability to achieve the results you want to. The Evolve courses focus on giving you the knowledge and skills to effectively lead others, influencing teams to move together cohesively to achieve joint results.
