  • Module 2 – Moving from a product/service driven to a Customer Service driven organisation
  • Module 3 – Part 1 – Customer Service Skills that contribute to a customer-centre organisation.
  • Module 4 – Part 2 – High performing teams and stages of high-performance team development
  • Module 5 – Revisit key signposts and bring to life some of the activities over the past 4 modules

This course is for individuals at any level within organisations will benefit from undertaking the Ignite series of short courses which will provide knowledge and tools to build a strong foundation for growing personal effectiveness and capability to lead oneself.

Practising self-leadership as directed by course activities will provide stepping stones to move into supporting and leading others, setting the scene to help you move into roles where you can lead others.
