Sue Kelly is the Founder and Director of HR4Business, a successful small business servicing Geelong and Regional Victoria.  Sue has over 30 years’ experience in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations assisting small, medium and large businesses across many sectors including manufacturing, building and construction, real estate, health care, retail community services and warehousing.

Sue’s skills include business management, people management and leadership, industrial relations including managing performance and termination of employment and Enterprise Agreement Negotiations, project management, organisational structure and restructure, succession planning, workplace mediation and investigations and payroll.

Sue has participated in the Australian Human Resources Institute  Mentor Program, was the Founder and Past Convenor of HR Colleagues Professional Network Geelong  and is the current Convenor of Australian Human Resources Institute Geelong Network. She is also a Board Member of Emma House, Family and Domestic Violence Services.

Sue has completed the Company Directors Program through the Australian Institute of Company Directors, she holds a Diploma of Human Resource Management attained at Monash University and is a trained facilitator, mediator and investigator.
