The Geelong Business Launchpad is a first of its kind. A collaboration hub designed to connect regional businesses, entrepreneurs and investors directly, it brings together local and state-based stakeholders to maximise investment opportunities.
Delivered in partnership between the Geelong Chamber of Commerce and Regional Development Victoria, the Launchpad brings support services into the heart of Geelong.
The Geelong Business Launchpad is a pilot regional collaboration hub designed to support business growth, investment attraction and export capability through physical space, curated programs and direct government access.
Anchored within a dedicated precinct in Geelong, the Launchpad acts as a bridge between state agencies and regional industry, delivering programs and connections that focus on regional investment.
It forms part of Victoria’s broader Regional Launching Pads Pilot Program.
What the Launchpad enables
The Geelong Business Launchpad supports businesses and investors to collaborate on regional investment with growth opportunities, access State Government business, export and investment programs locally, connect capital with regional capability, build relationships across industry, government and investors, and accelerate projects from concept to delivery.
This is a practical, outcomes focused environment designed for meetings, workshops, programs, pitch sessions, and curated introductions.

Facilities and spaces
The Geelong Business Launchpad operates from a co-located partner venue offering hot desks and collaboration spaces, meeting rooms and workshop facilities, event presentation space, and dedicated Launchpad precinct areas.
The facilities provide visiting businesses, investors, and agencies with a dedicated regional base to meet, collaborate and explore opportunities locally.
