We’re excited to introduce Business Growth Minds – a new workshop series created exclusively for Grow members of the Geelong Chamber of Commerce.

Business Growth Minds is all about momentum. Each workshop focuses on one of the three major functions of business – sales & marketing, operations, and finance – and is designed to be practical, dynamic, and action-focused.

These aren’t sit-and-listen sessions. They’re high-value experiences where Grow members come together to learn from industry experts, share insights, and walk away with strategies they can apply immediately.

First Workshop – It’s all about your customer.

The first workshop will dive into helping you sharpen your approach, align your efforts, and identify opportunities to drive growth in today’s competitive environment.

This workshop will cover the 7 Stages of the Customer Lifecycle and how to design a simple, scalable system that guides your customers from first contact to loyal advocate – without manual chaos, missed opportunities, or inconsistent follow-up.

This framework shows you how to intentionally map every stage of your customer journey and use automation to support it, strengthen it, and scale it.
