Annual General Meeting 2025

We would like to invite members to the 135th Annual General Meeting of the Geelong Chamber of Commerce.

This is an opportunity to hear about how the Chamber has delivered for our members for the 2024/25 financial year. Members who attend will also participate in an election for our Director vacancies.

Date: Wednesday 26 November 2025

Time: Doors open 9.45am for 10am start

Venue: Council Chambers, City Hall, 30 Gheringhap St, Geelong

The 2025 AGM will be conducted in person. Members wishing to attend must register before 12pm on Monday the 24^th of November via this link

The meeting pack will be included here in the week prior to the AGM.

Please note: As per the GCC constitution only fully financial members can attend the AGM and each member organisation can only have one voting representative for the Directors election. Member Representatives will be deemed to be present on their own behalf, and separately as a person present for each person for whom a proxy is held.

If you cannot attend the AGM and would like to nominate another member to attend and vote on your behalf, please complete the Proxy form and send to reception@geelongchamber.com.au by 12pm, Monday 24 November 2025.
