With over a decade of board and executive level experience, encompassing roles as a Non-Executive Director, Chair, Councillor, and former Mayor, I bring a wealth of expertise to the table. As a qualified Leadership and Executive Coach, my passion lies in community, sport, education, leadership, teams, learning, and governance.
With a remarkable track record spanning 30 years, I have excelled in communication, engagement, culture, and change across diverse sectors such as financial services, superannuation, consulting, universities, and TAFE. I have graduated from the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD), and I also hold a bachelor’s degree in journalism and a postgraduate in public relations.
I'm also currently studying with The Life Coaching College (internationally accredited) for my Advanced Diploma in Leadership & Executive Coaching and I'm also about to launcha skin care business with my business partner guru.

I have held senior roles at National Australia Bank, ANZ, Mercer, Health Super, State Revenue Office, La Trobe University, RMIT, Australia Post, and Bendigo Kangan TAFE, and JOSTandCo, where more recently I advised and worked with clients on people and culture issues, team dynamics and effectiveness, organisational change management, communication, and leading projects and people.
I proven skills in leadership and executive coaching, guiding good governance, strategic direction, planning, and oversight, and my critical and analytical mindset in evaluating information objectively and identifying gaps or inconsistencies, thinking creatively, and coming up with new ideas and seeing them through to implementation.
I am Non-Executive Director and Vice-President of the Werribee Football Club and Member of the Audit and Risk Committee and a Werribee Racing Club Committee Member.
I am a Councillor (current) and former Mayor (2018-2019) for Wyndham City Council and hold and Chair the Economic Development Portfolio. I am also a member of the CEO Remuneration and Performance Sub-Committee. I was previously a Member Audit and Risk Committee in 2018-2019.
I am on the Corpus Christi Werribee School Advisory Board.
