Psychs in Schools is an Australian education and mental health organisation that places provisionally registered and fully registered psychologists directly into school communities. Our mission is simple: improve student wellbeing and learning outcomes by increasing access to high quality psychological support where young people spend most of their time.
We partner with primary and secondary schools to deliver evidence informed assessment, intervention, and consultation services. Our psychologists work onsite as part of the school team, supporting students with social, emotional, behavioural, and learning needs, while also building staff capability and strengthening whole school wellbeing systems.
Psychs in Schools was founded by an endorsed Educational and Developmental Psychologist with extensive experience across private practice, research, and school based service delivery. The organisation has grown to support dozens of schools and continues to expand its footprint across Victoria and beyond.
We are committed to ethical practice, strong supervision, and workforce development. By creating structured training pathways and supportive supervision models, we are contributing to a sustainable psychology workforce for schools.
