Her HR journey began as a Graduate in London, where she gained foundational experience supporting recruitment efforts for a global organisation. These early years ignited her passion for HR and laid the groundwork for a career that would see her progress into senior leadership positions.

As Group Head of People and Culture for a top-tier professional services firm, Kathryn was responsible for delivering the company’s people strategy, overseeing talent acquisition, employee engagement, leadership development, and succession planning.

In 2021, driven by a desire to provide organisations with both operational and strategic HR expertise, Kathryn founded Human Capital HR Consulting. Her consultancy enables businesses to navigate the complexities of HR with confidence, offering tailored solutions to meet their unique needs.
