Here's the thing I kept finding in that work. Organisations would fix one part of their business, and wonder why only some things change. Growth strategy sorted, but how to operationalise and then risk manage and govern it an afterthought. Or the reverse: governance tightened up while strategy unclear and front line operations struggle. Those businesses that succeeded in that work realised that the parts of their business never held up on their own. It came from growth strategy, business model, risk, governance and reputation all moving together or they didn't move at all.
That's what I do now. I work with privately owned businesses, government, statutory entities, for-purpose organisations, and corporate clients on growth strategy, business model, organisational resilience, and risk and governance. Advice that holds up when things change, because things always change.
