We are a WorkSafe Victoria Approved Provider of 5-day Health and Safety Representative Initial OHS Training and 1-day Health and Safety Representative Refresher Training. We also provide custom courses tailored for Workplace Leaders, Managers and Supervisors, Health and Safety Committees in face to face or online formats. Our Big B Safety Sessions are 75 - 90 minutes in duration, delivered as webinars. Elected health and safety representatives make a very significant difference in helping to achieve better health and safety outcomes in workplaces, particularly when managers and supervisors are also trained. This is because health and safety representatives provide employees with a pathway to have their opinions and concerns about health and safety heard by their employer. Health and Safety is about employers consulting with employees to collaboratively foster openness and trust, to find the hazards likely to hurt someone and eliminate the risk before an injury occurs.
