Westpac CASH FLOW MANAGEMENT - 3hr Short Course
Westpac Geelong are offering a 3hr course in Cash Flow Management to help individuals understand their business finance needs.
Learning Outcomes include -
* Differentiate between profits and cash
* Identify and overcome problems in your cash flow cycle, including those caused by seasonality
* Develop a projected profit plan and cash flow budget
* Build cash reserves and ensure adequate funds are always available when you need them
